Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old. If you use askCrixy on behalf of an organisation, you must be authorised to bind it to these terms.

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — if someone else signs in as you and publishes content, that's on you. Use a strong password and enable 2FA on your Google account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the site (see §4). You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@ananvix.com.

askCrixy runs questions through Google Gemini against 19 seasons of public IPL ball-by-ball data. We try hard to make the numbers accurate, but:

• The agent can make mistakes in its reasoning or SQL. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.
• Underlying data may have inaccuracies upstream of our pipeline — if the source is wrong, ours will be too.
• The site is provided "as-is" without warranty. Specifically we don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Data attribution: ball-by-ball IPL data is derived from Cricsheet (Stephen Rushe), made available under the Open Data Commons Attribution Licence. askCrixy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cricsheet, the BCCI, or the Indian Premier League. Trademarks and team identities belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site with automated tools (the agent is not a free API).
• Attempt to discover or exploit security vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure (email info@ananvix.com).
• Use the chat or community features to post spam, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, illegal content, or anything designed to manipulate match-fixing, betting, or other regulated activities.
• Publish AI-generated content to the community that misrepresents facts or plagiarises other writers.
• Interfere with other users' experience (brigading, artificially inflating reactions, etc.).

Violating this section is grounds for immediate suspension.

You keep ownership of community articles, comments, and reactions you publish. By publishing, you grant askCrixy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote that content — including in share previews, feed listings, and editorial roundups.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or request changes to content that violates §4 or any applicable law. We try to be transparent when we do this and will let you know the reason.

The askCrixy interface, design, code, and agent responses are ours (or licensed to us). You may share links and screenshots freely. Please don't republish large amounts of askCrixy content under your own brand without attribution.

askCrixy is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither askCrixy nor Ananvix nor its contributors are liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site and the "Updated" date at the top will reflect the revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
